The Council has a drive to increase the commercialism of its multi let industrial and commercial property of 184 industrial units with a total floor area of 298,129 sq.ft. and a yearly rental income of approx. £759,000.00. We are currently offering an exciting and challenging career opportunity for a property professional to work within an in-house team to lead on the implementation of the recommendations of a recent review to improve the management and operation of the portfolio. This will involve with undertaking day to day management of the portfolio which will include; negotiating lettings/leases, rent reviews, service charge management and dilapidations.
You will need to be a Chartered Surveyor and have experience within asset management in particular landlord and tenant legislation and service charges. You will also need to deliver a high level of service and be able to manage your own case load, acting on your own initiative. Your technical skills will be complimented by your professionalism, enthusiasm and autonomy.
