Merton Council is an ambitious and award-winning Local Authority. The Corporate Business Systems Team is looking for two IT Analysts who can develop and manage office productivity systems such as SharePoint, Office 365 and Revenue & Benefits systems i.e. Council Tax & Business Rates systems. They will also be working with a diverse range of business systems in areas such as Finance, Payments, e-Forms, and CRM.
The post holder will support existing systems and their users, whilst implementing a challenging change programme through major systems improvement.
The ideal candidate will be a customer focused professional with solid experience of working in the IT systems support within a large complex business service. You will be educated to at least a diploma level in an IT discipline with experience of analysing, developing and implementing solutions to challenging technical problems.
