The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead has a busy and fast-paced Digital Development team who are responsible for developing and maintaining the council website, case management and forms software.
We are looking for a vibrant and friendly individual to join our team as a digital development assistant who will ensure that the day-to-day running of the systems runs smoothly and assist staff and customers where required.
You will need to be comfortable working on your own as well as within a team and will need excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with customers, staff and partners daily. You will have excellent written and verbal communications as well as being motivated, creative and organised.
The role will primarily be website, CRM and forms, but there will also be opportunities to get involved in wider development work as well as assisting the communications team with civic events including royal events and state visits.
