Salary:Scale 5 £24,462 - £26,745
We are seeking a Part time Senior Enablement Worker to work 114 hrs every 4 weeks, on a 4-week rolling rota.

You must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy working environment.
The Enablement Team is currently based at Claverings Industrial estate. The service provides flexible short-term intervention and Enablement to support individuals develop skills and confidence to maximise independence.
The post-holders must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
An ability to carry out assessments of an individuals care and support needs and transfer this information in to care plans along with identifying and minimising risks.
You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to work within the team, and with external customers, professionals service users and their families.If you are passionate and want to make a difference in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
The Service has recently gone through a restructure and changes to systems and processes, so an ability to contribute to team working is essential.
