We’re looking for a talented and versatile Web and Digital Communications Officer with excellent content design skills and strong customer service values to join our busy communications team.
You will work alongside our Web Manager, playing a key role in the management of our corporate website and its content.
The right candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of managing websites and their content, and experience of using content management systems.
You’ll have great copywriting skills and knowledge of best practice in content design standards, able to explain complex ideas simply. You’ll also have an excellent understanding of online customer journeys – and experience of applying that knowledge to web content and structure.
You’ll be a creative problem solver, who will enjoy working with a wide variety of content owners to help improve our customers’ online experience. You will be able to produce and understand insight data and feedback - and use it to develop new ways of working and to improve the experience and journeys for our customers.
