About the role
The ISEND Early Years’ Service are seeking to recruit highly experienced and dynamic practitioners in to join our well established teams. All staff within service can at times be expected to travel to different areas of the County, however the positions available at this time may be based within either Hastings, Eastbourne or Lewes. This role involves working closely with educational settings, families and professionals to provide high quality targeted support and direct intervention for children with Special Educational Needs, Disabilities and/or complex needs, aged from 0-5years.
We will be seeking applicants who have proven experience and knowledge of supporting children with a wide range of needs and who can demonstrate good communication and understanding when working directly with preschool providers, schools and families; who are passionate about inclusion; show an ability to be creative, flexible and forward thinking in a variety of situations. Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
