About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to manage our high-performing Sensory Impairment Team, who undertake specific professional roles. We are looking for a creative and inspirational person who can establish and implement new ways of undertaking assessments and service delivery, following Covid-19. You will have leadership skills and the motivation to deliver improved outcomes for our client group.
You will be working in partnership with services from within East Sussex, Health, the voluntary sector and private organisations to meet the needs of our clients. The interventions are likely to be in areas of rehabilitation and reablement, safeguarding, care management and provision of specialist equipment, adaptations and assistive technology.
You will receive support from an established management team and through a range of training and development opportunities to enable you to succeed in this role and to develop your career.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
