We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised candidate for our busy front door business support team to Children's Services.
This is a rewarding and varied role and your duties would include being the first point of contact for any calls into Children's Services which can range from Early Help Support to Safeguarding Concerns and processing quickly and efficiently all referrals through to the team using bespoke databases.
You will need to be efficient at note taking as urgent child protection multi agency meetings take place and a quick turnaround of minutes is expected. There are general administrative and support expectations and full training will be given on all areas.
The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills, a good eye for detail, excellent time management skills and be able to maintain high levels of speed and accuracy whilst managing competing priorities and be aware of the sensitivities of working with social workers, team managers and service managers.
