As part of HR’s People & Organisation Development team you’ll support and drive key projects and initiatives that will help transform the way we work, and directly impact the successful delivery of our People Strategy, Vision, Priorities and Values.
You’ll play a pivotal role in the implementation of our People agenda, and use your planning and organisation skills to keep projects on track. Using research and your own insights and experience, you’ll influence how we best engage the organisation and enhance our culture. We’ll need you to make proposals and recommendations, and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to lead key pieces of work.
This role offers a real chance to develop your skills in strategic HR and organisational development. You should be highly experienced or working towards a professional qualification in organisational development or similar. You will have a strong desire to apply your learning and want to utilise this opportunity to grow as an OD professional.
A proportion of the role can be delivered from home and we are open to considering creative working patterns, so this role offers lots of flexibility.
