About the role
The Property division manages all aspects of the property estate and provides
contracted services and contract management. The Facilities Contract Officer (FGrounds & Arb Services) will administer facilities management contracts with specific speciliasm of managing Grounds Maintenance and Arbs, post holders will need to bring expertise and innovation to their role and will work on local, regional and collaborative projects.
This role has a core base location of County Hall, however meetings will occur at other sites and site visits will be required. In addition, our organisation supports flexible working and this can include working from home.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
