We currently have a full time (36 hours per week) vacancy for an Administration Assistant in our Spelthorne Locality team based in Ashford, TW15 3DU.
We are looking for someone to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Adult Social Care Team. The hours of 9am to 5pm will need to be covered, Monday to Friday.
You will be undertaking general administrative duties in order to provide support to a frontline operational team within Adult Social Care.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will be expected to deal with complex telephone enquiries and a wide range of correspondence and scanning duties. In addition, you will have the skills to enable you to take notes and minutes of meetings. You will have a mature approach and will be well organised and able to work under pressure, on occasions, to tight deadlines. You will also have excellent customer service and IT skills.
You will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have the ability to work as part of a team whilst being proactive and using your initiative.
