About the role
We are looking for an HR practitioner with experience of advising and delivering complex change programmes to support the delivery of our Operational Response Review (ORR). You will deliver our change programme end to end, including supporting consultation processes and revising policies and HR practices ensuring alignment with the objectives of the ORR. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of delivering change.
