About the role
Our HR Business Partners are central to improving the quality of leadership within our Fire and Rescue Service. By coaching managers in people practices, you will champion operational and strategic people practices, with the support of the Assistant Business Partners. You will have substantial HR generalist experience, together with experience of working with representative bodies.
