Our Early Help Team provides a range of services and activities to help improve the life chances of children and their families. Who you are…
- Level 3 qualified in a relevant field in Early Years, Health or Social Care.
- Experience of working with children from birth to 11 years.
- Good knowledge of completing assessments of risk and need.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work within professional boundaries.
- Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team of professionals.
You must share our commitment to working collaboratively with families, building on their strengths whilst keeping a focus on the needs of children. You will be required to work flexibly, when families need support. A full UK driving licence is required.
The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The cost of the DBS is paid by us.
