About the role
We require a full time Home Ownership Officer working Monday to Friday 36 hours per week, You will be part of a small team advising clients and colleagues on all aspects of Low Cost Home Ownership schemes and processes.
Working proactively to carry out the necessary administration to process a number of different Low Cost Home Ownership applications and schemes in accordance with legislation, council policy and procedures, liaising with other council divisions in order to produce accurate and up to date information.
You will need to have good verbal and written communication skills as you are required to liaise and communicate with future homeowners about the responsibility and possibility of owning their own home.
You will need to be confident, proactive and have some knowledge of Low Cost Home Ownership.
