Business Services and Support Services are the enabling service within Birmingham Children’s Trust supporting the vital work our Social Care staff undertake improving the lives of Children Young People and Families.
The Trust occupies a significant portfolio of accommodation across the city and is investing in improving this as part of its ongoing development journey to ensure it best meets the needs of our staff and the children, young people and families who use these buildings.
We are therefore looking for an experienced Property Programme Manager to take forward our property ambitions at both a strategic and operational level. You will be required to work with numerous services, our landlord and suppliers to bring together and deliver a strategic change plan. Alongside this, you will develop and maintain oversite of an asset management plan with our landlord and work with and support local managers to ensure routine maintenance is completed and up to date in line with our contracts.
We are looking for someone who has significant experience of managing large scale accommodation strategies and changes. You will have experience of designing and delivering accommodation change projects and plans putting service requirements and interdependencies to ensure the best customer outcomes and seamless transition. You will have experience of significant budget management and be able to deliver high quality results on time and to budget.
You must have great stakeholder and people management skills and be able to work in partnership to ensure the benefits to customers is at the heart of our approach.
