About the role
We are inviting applications for an enthusiastic and committed solicitor or barrister to join our busy and dynamic legal team. The successful applicant will provide legal advice and assistance, conduct case work and some advocacy, predominantly in relation to Adult Social Care. A practising knowledge of education law and /or SEN or a willingness to learn about this area of law will also be required.
We are looking for an excellent communicator with a friendly and enabling approach who has a good understanding of the public sector ethos and is a good team player while being able to act on own initiative

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
