Estate Management

Woking Borough Council has an enviable track record of successful Estate and Asset Management and aims to be fully self-financing in the near future. It now holds a large and highly valuable investment portfolio, consisting of around 500 commercial properties, including Peacocks and Wolsey Place shopping centres, several industrial estates and some of the largest office buildings in the town.

Estate Management provide a comprehensive service dealing with a variety of matters relating to both the operational estate and commercial estate. Whilst this is a busy role, we also recognise the importance of a work life balance and offer up to 24 days flexi leave in addition to a generous leave entitlement.
