If you are interested in delivery of community services including health, education and community development for a new community then the new role of Community Services Delivery Manager at Otterpool Park may be for you. You will be working in a team within the newly formed Otterpool Park delivery company (wholly owned by FHDC) that has been set up to act as master developer to build Otterpool Park garden town over the next 30 years.
The role involves managing delivery of a range of community buildings and services to meet the needs of the new community at Otterpool Park, including leading on community liaison and community development. It will be responsible for delivering ambitious social and environmental objectives for the town including health and wellbeing; culture and arts; education and lifelong learning.
This role will rely on developing strong and constructive working relationships with a range of partners in the public and voluntary sector. The company will work with a range of development partners including developers, investors, public sector bodies and statutory providers.
This job will initially be a secondment from FHDC but has the potential in future to be directly employed by Otterpool Park LLP.
