Income Collection Service Manager
Hours: Full time at 37.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Housing Management Department within the Barnet Homes as Income Collection Service Manager!
The Income Collection Service Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Income Collection Service meets all of its KPIs relating to income collection, welfare benefit support and sustainment for all general needs, temporary accommodation, leasehold and ODH units (inclusive of both current and former arrears).
We are looking for someone who has the drive and energy to develop a strong culture of performance management within the service and who is both customer-focused and can encourage early intervention and prevention as the primary approach to resolving customer arrears. The role will have responsibility for managing the service areas budget and reporting performance to the SMT, as well as representing TBG strategically at all pan-London and sub-regional income collection meetings.
