Job introduction

We are looking for a person that would fit into our team of Client Liaison Officers.

About the role

This position is a important client based post. It is the first person that many of our clients will meet within the venue. And this post can easily persuade or deter people from wanting to use the venue. So a customer focused person is essential. They must also be able to do the more physical part of the job, as they will be responsible for the security of the venue. They will take responsibility for the venues exit routes at all times, liaising with the Operations team about any issues with these routes. They will also work very closely with the Venue Services team and the technical team. So that the venue is kept to a high standard and nothing slips through the net. The post holder needs to be loyal, trusted, hard working, consciences and very reliable. The person would need to be able to work within a team but also be self motivated.

This is a full time post

The post works over a three shift eight week  pattern. This does include 7 day shift working. Night shifts are required within this post.

The Post is a scale 4, £18870 - £20541 plus 10% shift enhancement and other enhancements as well.

This is a part of an 8 post, 8 week, 3 shift pattern.

The shifts are as follows:

07.30 - 15.30

15.30 - 23.30

23.30 - 07.30

The post pays extra enhancements for certain hours of work. There is also the potential for overtime.
