About the role
Single Point of Advice (SPOA) the referral point for all new Children's Services referrals covering both Social Care and Early Help are recruiting a Children's Services Caseworker.
We are looking for a person who is an effective communicator and has experience of working with children/young people and families. You will be required to assess and screen initial contacts received and respond to initial welfare enquiries from members of the public and other professionals. You will need to be calm; reliable; able to input onto a database and work well in a team.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
