Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Full-time, and working every other weekend.

You'll be working in a team supporting clients to achieve new daily living skills to enable them to live as independently as possible.
You will need to demonstrate;
- Good communication skills.

- The ability to manage your workload independently, plan and meet deadlines.
- Your flexibility to carry out shift work, you will work one weekend in 2.
- The ability to support individuals to develop skills, increase their independence and reach their goals.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
