About the role
We are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our Supported Living Team at The Ferns in Crowborough.
The Ferns consists of four separate living areas, providing accommodation to fourteen adults.
While the Waking Night role is predominately lone working, you will have access to support from a colleague who is also on shift and telephone support from an on-call manager at all times.
The role is varied, supporting a range of tasks that include;
- Being responsive to the individual needs and wishes of clients
- Support with personal care
- Support with medication
- General domestic tasks
- Completing client records
- Completing records relating to health and safety checks

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
