Hours: 22.2 per week
Contract: Fixed Term - Until 31st March 2021, Job Share (Working Wednesdays to Fridays)

Job Duties:

Families First is the brand name for early help in Hertfordshire. It brings together organisations who provide early help support to families under one 'umbrella' of consistent practice and clearer processes.

Families First Partnerships, Practice & Development Team is a central team that supports the central arrangements with the development of specific areas of early help by managing a process of strategic planning and performance for Families First Assessment, Early Help Module (EHM) system and partnerships and practice support, including, reporting on service delivery, performance and its impact on outcomes for children, young people and families.

We are looking for a highly motivated administrator who is enthusiastic, organised and committed to providing efficient and effective support to Families First Helpdesk. 

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, literacy and interpersonal skills.  A good telephone manner is essential as this role will be the first point of contact in dealing with confidential and sensitive calls from a range of partners and internal staff.  You will have experience in diary management and minute-taking and producing documents using MS Office.  There is a strong element of system support, including inputting information on Early Help Module (EHM) System and data to spreadsheets and producing reports in Excel, therefore, previous skills and knowledge in this area is essential.

You will be self-motivated, professional and approachable and must be willing to undertake a variety of administrative tasks.
