The concept is a seamless partnership approach across 9 district Hubs. The Hub is an overarching term to articulate how local early help is provided in a coordinated way; it is not about establishing different teams or physical locations.
We are recruiting to a Senior Families First Co-ordinator post in Families First Partnerships, Practice and Development Team. The post holders will lead the championing of a cultural shift with partner agencies and practitioners in their respective double districts to embed the use of Families First Assessment, tools and early help offer locally by promoting awareness and understanding of thresholds and Families First pathways, delivering Early Help Module system and practice training, and providing advice and guidance on evidence based interventions and practice.
The Senior Families First Coordinator will also attend local Triage Panels, local Implementation Partnership meetings, and will broker support between services and practitioners, trouble shooting on the Families First Assessment process and supporting practitioners with cases that require a step up or are stepped down into a Families First Assessment.

As you would expect in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
