Senior Complaints and Executive Support Officer
£33,945 - £36,711 pa( PO2)


To facilitate and assist in the statutory and discretionary licensing, enforcement and regulatory functions relating to private sector housing, principally under the Housing Act 2004. To support and assist the work of the Private Sector Housing and Environmental Health particularly in relation to complaints, referrals, appeals and provide general support to senior management team.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of how to deliver and maintain high service levels in a demanding, performance lead environment. Experience of the use and application of the Housing Act, General Data Protection Regulation, Freedom of Information Act and related statutory guidance.

Ideal post for someone who is self-motivated, innovative, works independently and as part of a team, has a proven ability of sound problem solving skills and ability to quickly evaluate situations and initiate actions. Wants to gain new skills and develop their knowledge whilst enjoying new challenges. You will have extensive experience of working in a fast-paced customer driven environment.
