If so, we are currently recruiting for a Housing Options Manager to lead the delivery of a statutory homelessness and housing advice service.

With many of our staff currently working from home due to the coronavirus situation, for this role you would be required to work from home with regular online contact with the Housing Options Team and only attend the offices when necessary.
What we need:
An experienced housing professional to manage the Council’s homelessness and housing advice service, delivering the Council’s statutory and preventative service for residents at risk of homelessness.
What you will do:
You will support the Head of Housing Services to deliver exceptional, customer focussed, frontline services via your staff team, whilst supporting the organisations vision and strategy both internally and externally.
What you will bring to the job:
We are looking for a customer focussed manager with a commercial mindset, who has the ability to lead, develop and manage staff members based on their individual personalities and capabilities, whilst having the organisations performance and culture in mind.
