Salary: £19,554 - £21,166 per annum pro rata
Hours: 22.5 hrs per week - various shifts to include alternate weekends
Location: Ferndale Residential Home, Flitwick

The purpose of this role is to provide guidance and support for care staff and act as a champion for residents’ safety, dignity and wellbeing. Ensuring that all care delivered is person centered and that independence of residents is maximized You will maintain and develop skills and knowledge of the care staff to ensure that care is delivered in line with best practice evidence.

As a Team Leader, you’ll be working directly with our customers across the county. You’ll find your greatness as you make sure vulnerable people are safe, well and happy.
For this role, you’ll feel comfortable working within a team and taking the lead . You will have great communication and people skills. But above all, you’ll be a natural carer. While an NVQ 3 is desirable, experience caring for people is more important and we can help you work towards the qualification – so as you’re helping others, you’ll also be getting qualified. And in terms of working hours, our rotas allow for a degree of flexibility.
