We also have Your Choice Barnet, providing specialist care and support to adults with a range of mental and physical disabilities as a subsidiary of the TBG. We have a turnover of around £83 million and are well into our 1000+ home development and acquisitions programme through our own Registered Provider Opendoor Homes which is a subsidiary of Barnet Homes.

The Head of Housing Management will be responsible for neighbourhood, tenancy and leaseholder management, anti-social behaviour, income collection, financial inclusion and welfare benefits and right to buy. They will also play an active role in the operational leadership of TBG, as well as being responsible to the Executive team and the Board. The post-holder will help shape our strategic direction, maximise our opportunities for growth, play a key role in delivering the objectives of our customer experience programme and ensure the sustainability of the business.
We are looking for innovative and people-focused candidates with the ability to work at a senior level within a complex organisation. A track record of driving improvement within relevant operational services and managing substantial budgets will be essential. Knowledge of the regulatory requirements for Registered Providers is desirable.
