You will play a key role in developing and shaping the offer, working with a multi-professional team and taking an innovative community based approach to delivering this support
You will work alongside a highly skilled and motivated workforce, and a leadership team with ambition to improve the lives of our vulnerable young people and commitment to flexible, creative approaches to helping them. You will influence practice with your specialist knowledge and skills, through reporting, role modelling, and promoting best practice in your team’s areas of expertise.
We are looking for someone experienced in leading teams to deliver high quality initiatives that achieve positive outcomes for young people, managing relationships with key stakeholders including businesses, and providing creative and practical solutions to complex challenges.
Please ensure you address the person specification fully, referencing how you meet each specification in turn as fully as possible.
