HR Project Officer
37 hours per week
Fixed Term for 12 months
This role can be based anywhere within the UK and will be predominantly home based using agile, flexible and virtual working practices; with only a need for occasional travel to locations within North East Lincolnshire.
NELC are seeking an experienced HR Project officer who will support the HR transformation programme, which is currently supporting the implementation of a new HR Payroll system.

What you need to know about the role
Your role will be an integral part the HR transition team that has been established to support the HR Strategic Lead to undertake a whole scale review of ways of working, policies and procedures, workforce planning and development; supported by the implementation of a new HR system (covering but not limited to Payroll, Pensions and employee services).
You will assist with system implementation, project controls and governance, research and development of new ways of working, analysis and interpretation of employment data, engaging and consulting with stakeholders to be able to formulate recommendations for the HR Strategic Lead to consider and then support the implementation of.
What we need to know about you
Working in a fast paced environment, you will need to be able to analyse and interpret complex data to develop recommendations and support the HR transformation programme.
You will have the ability to manage and support medium to large scale projects ensuring that activities are carried out and recorded, as well as ensuring individuals are supported through all stages of the project.
You will have the ability to facilitate workshops, focus groups both within HR and across the organisation and engage with managers at all levels through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will have experience of projects, continuous improvement and change programmes, with demonstrable in depth project management skills.
You will be a team player who can work on their own initiative and prioritise a varied workload to ensure delivery of the project on time.
