Cover Supervisor - Seahaven Academy, Newhaven

Salary: Full Time Equivalent salary is £18,727.90 p.a., actual pro-rata’d salary is £16,088 p.a.

The Role:

Due to the school growing, we are looking to appoint a highly committed and inspirational Cover Supervisor to join our existing Cover Team.  The successful candidate will deliver pre planned lessons to students and use a range of classroom management skills to provide an exceptional experience to our students. When not covering lessons, under the direction of the Teaching Support Manager, there would be additional administrative tasks to complete and play a supportive role to the whole school. Our staff are committed to honing their skills through coaching, Teaching and Learning communities and using evidence-based approaches to create expert lessons.  We are currently using the Rosenshine principles to underpin our professional development.
