Your role in our journey 

As a highly committed and motivated individual you will provide leadership, management and co-ordination of early help through Family Centre services, including the development and delivery of integrated, multi-agency family support services which impact on the outcomes and life chances of children, young people and families pre- birth to 25 years. 

You will liaise and collaborate with key agencies, departments, and partners leading inter agency meetings and taking a lead role across the borough encouraging collaborative team working and influencing/directing deployment of resource across the borough to ensure responsive service provision which meets the needs of the community within service constraints.

What you’ll need 

Your communication skills, flexible approach and flair for building relationships will really set you apart.

Alongside a qualification at Higher Degree/Level 7 in a related field and a management qualification, you will have substantial and proven experience of development and implementation of strategies in relation to integrated services within a constantly changing environment. You will have Substantial experience of managing diverse staff teams across disciplines and geographical locations.
