Job introduction

We currently have two full-time roles available. One is offered on a permanent basis and one is a full-time 12 month secondment/fixed term opportunity.

This role will be based at Quadrant Court, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 7QQ but will require travel around Surrey more widely.

 

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for two curious and experienced analysts to join the Adult Social Care Business Intelligence Team.

As an Information Analyst you will support a range of business intelligence activities including performance reporting, benchmarking, dashboard development and analysis – championing innovative approaches to drive high performance.

The Information Analysts must project a positive, professional approach and will be able to demonstrate the following in their personal statement and at interview:

  • Prior experience of working in the Adult Social Care sector or demonstrate a detailed understanding of the sector and policies that underpin it
  • Prior experience and understanding of performance management frameworks
  • Prior experience and understanding of data management principles, information governance and data security
  • Excellent working relationships with internal and external partners and the ability to communicate confidently using reports, dashboards, digital solutions appropriate to the requirements of the audience
  • Knowledge and experience of using data visualisation tools such as Tableau
  • Excellent management skills, proven analytic skills and the ability to exercise high levels of initiative to devise and implement workable solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Line management
