We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Project Surveyor with a proven track record of managing projects within budget and to strict timescales. You will need excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and experience of managing contractors giving clear instructions and dispute resolution. You will have relevant knowledge of all areas of construction, health and safety and experience of applying CDM regulations.
You will project manage a range of schemes including refurbishments, alterations, and renovations, ensuring quality, performance, budgets, and timescales are met. Projects will vary in size and scope from small refurbishment projects for £10,000 through historic building refurbishments to new build major projects up to £15 million in value.
