Reporting to the Service Manager (Building Services), and working closely with other multi-discipline teams, this role is responsible for the maintenance of the council’s commercial portfolio, including the management of Garage stock across the borough.
Managing diverse teams of surveyors, administration staff and external contractors, you will develop schemes for planned maintenance, preparing feasibility studies, specifications and working drawings. You will also deliver responsive works and play a role in the Capital (non-housing) Refurbishment Schemes.
