About the role
As an award winning and forward thinking Occupational Therapy Service within Adult Social Care, we are leading the way towards integrated community services. Working collaboratively across East Sussex with health services and partner agencies.
The aim of the service is to enable people to remain safe for longer living in their own homes, through housing solutions, adaptive techniques and the provision of daily living equipment.
We are looking for Senior Practitioner (Occupational Therapist), who can help shape this direction and oversee the day-to-day activities of Occupational Therapy staff working in this service. You will be part of a well-established management team with good support. Your role will be to focus on specific areas of service delivery within occupational therapy. To provide a quality service, resource management, staff performance and the achievement of set targets. It’s a role where you can also contribute significantly to the local and national agenda for health and social care.
A professional Occupational Therapy qualification will be matched with a supervisory background in a health/social care setting along.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
