About the role

DATA MANAGER – 37 HOURS PER WEEK, TTO + 2 WEEKS, PERMANENT POST  

Required for September 2020 - Pay scale: SLT Grade 9 £26,948 - £31,313 per annum pro rata, plus enhancement for successful candidate with timetabling experience. The role is 37 hpw, term time only plus 10 days during the school holidays which will include working late August to support the exams results day preparation and analysis.

The Academy Trust is seeking a highly motivated individual with outstanding Data and ICT skills, excellent communication skills, good time management, the ability to multitask and to work to tight deadlines. Flexibility to work throughout the administration of the Academy and the ability to manage and enhance the data function across our Academy with strong attention to detail, accuracy and excellent organisational skills are essential.

Experience of working within a school environment and the use of SIMS is desirable. The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of data, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support colleagues effectively across a number of areas.

The main purpose of the post is to oversee the management of data management systems and processes that ensure the Academy retains and develops the capacity to effectively store and use student and curriculum level data, to support high quality teaching and learning.
