Working for MSDC presents an opportunity to work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team and be involved in a wide range of property and asset management activities, including some unusual and significant property work. This includes major town centre development /revitalisation/strategy work, projects and developments to the current major schemes in Burgess Hill to deliver in the region of 3500 new homes and major new town centre retail development.  Additionally the team carries out a wide range of property and asset management activities

  

Senior Estate Surveyor (COTD113)
Package: Up to £47,052 pa with 33 days annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays

This is a wide-ranging role covering project delivery and property management and providing guidance and mentoring to trainee surveyors within the Estates team.

Relocation expenses may be paid where appropriate and personal and professional training opportunities are regularly available.
