With a construction related qualification and experience of working within the built environment, this post will enable you to further develop your professional skills and build a varied career within the Building Control arena.
You must be working towards membership of appropriate professional body with equivalent experience or be educated to degree level and possess evidence of continuous professional development. Knowledge of the building control processes, including relevant regulations and policy guidance together with the core disciplines of the work area is essential for this post.
An excellent communicator you must have good interpersonal skills and be IT literate. A flexible approach to work together with the ability to work to very strict deadlines is essential for this role. The post is subject to a Basic Disclosure check.
