Are you a front-line Manager who is ready to join a high-performing and innovative Children’s Services Department?

We’re looking for a creative and professionally curious Practice Manager to join our Outstanding Duty and Assessment Team based in Eastbourne.

As a Senior Social Worker or current front-line manager you will already have a strong social work leadership role in your current role with extensive experience in undertaking complex work and sharing your learning and experience with others as well as experiencing of supervising staff.

Motivated to improve outcomes for children

We are looking for highly motivated social work professionals who understand how to improve outcomes for children and have a proven track record in statutory children’s services. You will be a Senior Social Worker ready to take your first step into management or an experienced manager with strong management and leadership skills.

Your practice must be evidence-based, and you must be up-to-date on current theories and research. You will receive individualised support through a range of training and development opportunities to enable you to succeed in this role and to develop your career.
