Job Title: Business Support Officer

Salary Range: H4 £19,171 to £20,344 pa
The Hertfordshire Home Improvement Agency (HHIA) provides disabled adaptations to people’s homes throughout 5 Districts in Hertfordshire.
Working as part of a busy multiskilled team, you will be self-motivated, professional and approachable providing excellent team support. You must be willing to undertake a variety of administrative tasks, operating within departmental policies and procedures.
You will have an excellent telephone manner and an ability to talk to people at all levels including our clients, external agencies and staff. You will be flexible in your approach to your work.
Contractual hours: 37 per week in accordance with the needs of the service Monday to Friday.
