The governors of Holy Spirit Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Headteacher. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our new Headteacher to establish a strong senior leadership team which will move our school to the next stage of its journey.  

We are looking for a strong, dynamic, energetic, and inspiring practitioner who: 

❖ is a committed, practising Catholic with a clear vision and strong commitment to Catholic Education who will further develop the Catholic ethos of the school through personal example. 

❖ is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour and has the ability to put the needs of the children first, making them excited about their learning journey and to develop their individual talents to the full. 

❖ will motivate and further develop all colleagues whilst being committed to their own professional and leadership development. 

❖ has excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills and can commit to working closely in partnership with parents, the parish, the Governors, and the wider community.
