This exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Housing Operations Hub where you will have the opportunity to make a difference to our customers lives.

 

With your passion and commitment, you will provide a structured approach to delivering an effective complaints service that supports both our customers and Housing colleagues. This is an excellent development role as you will be working across the entire housing service, supporting all management levels and seeking out digitalisation efficiencies for smarter ways of working.

 

The focus is on continual development for the handling of incoming complaints, ensuring the investigating officer is supported to provide the correct response and provide a final control check for quality. Through timely monitoring, you will highlight trends for the service area to rectify any future failure demand. Lessons learned is key to improving our Housing offer.

 

This is a fantastic challenge for the right candidate, and we'll offer all the support you need to succeed and make the role your own. Combining your strong customer engagement and communications skills with excellent organisational awareness and knowledge, you would take ownership and responsibility to ensure the Housing Service “get it right” and deliver an exceptional service experience for our customers. The role requires high levels of self-motivation and attention to detail. With these qualities, you’ll provide an outstanding service and become a valued member of our team.
