Job introduction

The post is responsible for the B'think IT system which is a mutli-agency database which monitors trends in rough sleeping and supports services to help rough sleepers move away from the streets into accommodation.  The postholder is responsible for helping staff use the system, offering training and utilising the data to produce reports.

The postholder is also responsible for supporting the Commissioning Team to monitor contracts for accommodationand support  for rough sleepers through the collection of data and production of reports for a variety of audiences.

About the role

This post sits in the Commissioning Team for accommodation and support services for homeless people and rough sleepers in Health & Adult Social Care. 

The postholder supports the team to monitor contracts and identify trends.  The main area of responsibility is the B'think IT system which is a bespoke multi-agency database which measures trends in rough sleeping and facilitates joint working and referrals into accommodation.  The post holder will offer support and training to users of the system and use the data to produce reports for a variety of audiences.
