Do you want to make a difference? Are you looking to join a team that promotes independence, individuality and enables people to live the life they want? If yes, then we would like to hear from you!

You'll be working with clients helping them achieve new daily living skills to enable them to live as independently as possible.

We have opportunities for roles working out in the community, visiting clients that live alone and roles within supported living services. This means we are able to offer roles to both people that are able to drive and travel to clients homes across the county and also non-drivers who may wish to work in our supported living service in Crowborough.

Worried that you don`t have the right skills? Our aim is to build a team where your uniqueness will enhance the service people receive. Whether you have previous experience in the field or you are new to working with people with learning disability, your life skills, great attitude and desire to support people to lead fulfilling lives is why we want to hear from you.

We are passionate about our staff, which is why we'll do everything we can to help you to develop both personally and professionally throughout your time with us.

In addition to a highly competitive salary, currently £10.36 an hour. We provide a thorough induction and on-going support, along with excellent training opportunities to help you reach your career goals.

There’s an exciting range of staff benefits too, from our in-house health and wellbeing services to fantastic discounts and deals from major brands and local businesses, across a range retailers.

Never before has our work been so important to the people that rely on us being there. Come and join us and make a difference!

Change your world and theirs.

Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic we will contact you to agree the most appropriate method of interview and consideration will be given to holding interviews via Skype if this  available.

For an informal discussion, please contact Melise Butcher, Service Manager 01273 336730 or Leah Phillips, Service Coordinator 01273 336580.
