Our Customer Service team offers customers information and advice on enquiries relating to Council services, by telephone, face to face and online. One vacancy has arisen in the team to assist in providing a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
The successful Candidate will enjoy working directly with customers to resolve their queries and act as first response to any serious incidents in the Customer Service Centre. The Successful Candidate will need to recognise the importance of first class communication skills to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team that delivers a first class service to meet the needs of our customers in a purpose built environment.
It is essential that the successful candidate holds a valid SIA door supervisor licence and have previous experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
You will be required to work 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
