Building & Facilities Officer (P1100)
Inclusive Salary range from £32,638 up to £36,543 per year + essential user car allowance
plus up to 18.5% employer pension contribution

You will provide a responsive repairs and planned maintenance programme (including carrying out condition surveys) for the Council’s commercial and operational properties and community assets, and to manage projects to deliver the Capital Works Programme.
You must be educated to degree level or with a professional/technical qualification in a property related discipline. A relevant HND qualification may be considered where supported by substantial relevant work experience.
You will be expected to attend site meetings and carry out lone inspections of the Council’s commercial and operational properties. Ideally, they will be willing to be part of the Emergency Standby team. Experience of delivering service objectives for a work area, including successful completion of projects and programmes of work is required for this post.
