Land & Property are responsible for the management of the Council’s property portfolio comprising approx 1500 main properties, with an estate valued at £2 billion, and expenditure on the estate in excess of £60 million per annum. This role has a core base location of County Hall, however meetings will occur at other sites to which you will be required to attend. In addition, our organisation supports flexible working and this can include working from home or from other partner offices both within and outside of the County.
In this role you will be providing business and administrative support across Land & Property. This will involve carrying out administrative activities including but not limited to:
- processing orders and invoices
- data management
- system administration
- processing post and stationary requests
- handling enquiries from internal and external customers
The post holder will be expected to organise their own workload and set their own priorities over day to day work, so organisation and attention to detail will be key.
